Edward Batko

Edward Batko, founder and CEO of Logicraft Corporation, operates at the forefront of the contract manufacturing industry from Buffalo Grove, Illinois. Specializing in precision machining, injection-molded plastics, die casting, sheet metal, and bearings, his leadership is marked by the successful implementation of a "Zero Defect Policy," greatly enhancing client satisfaction through improved product quality.

Arriving in the United States in 1981, Batko quickly adapted to his new environment, completing high school in just two years. He furthered his education at UIC, earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in only two and a half years. He then completed an MBA from Loyola University, specializing in International Finance and MIS, in May 1992.

Batko's career began at BDLS, a CPA firm, where he started as a consultant. In this role, he managed sales quotas and installed comprehensive computerized accounting systems, focusing on various financial processes. By 1991, he had risen to the role of General Manager, overseeing five retail locations and achieving impressive annual sales figures.

His expertise in international project management grew from 1992 to 1999 at Advanced Systems & Networks, where he led efforts to market CRM and ERP systems, managing a team of 18 and forming significant partnerships that influenced his professional path. In 1999, Batko joined PwC as a Business Development Manager, successfully managing over 20 projects valued at over $40 million, enhancing project delivery and team coordination.

In 2002, Batko's career reached new heights at IBM, where, as Director of Business Development and International Strategic Alliances, he oversaw projects worth over $130 million, significantly increasing revenue and expanding the company's global impact.

He continued his leadership journey at Aggregate Alliance as the Director of Sales and Business Development from 2006 to 2008, handling multi-million dollar projects and leading international teams. His role at British Telecom 2008 involved developing strategic partnerships and enhancing the company's infrastructure and global presence.

In 2008, Batko founded Logicraft Corporation, quickly establishing it as a key player in delivering highly complex manufacturing projects with precision. Under his guidance, Logicraft expanded its operations across Europe and Asia, adeptly managing complex supply chain challenges and reducing production downtimes.

A significant milestone in Batko's leadership was the introduction of the "Zero Defect Policy" at Logicraft. This policy led to an exemplary product rejection rate of 0.001%, setting a new standard in manufacturing excellence. This initiative improved product quality and significantly increased client trust and business growth.

Edward Batko is deeply committed to his family outside his professional life. He married in 1987 and is now a father to three children.
